#ThrowBack: Mo’Cheddah – “Uncensored”

Before her transformation into this very fashion forward yet laid back, lowkey and demure chic that she is now, Mo’Cheddah was quite an ass-kickin’ belle (Charlie’s Angels style) with her brazen take on music especially in the pop/rap genres, not forgetting the stylish afro edge she gives it.
“Uncensored“ is one of her best works till date. The instrumentation has a funky streets feel with pipes and dramatic horns, electro riffs and techno effects on which she belted her treble tone and spat fire on the bars. It was released in 2009 and later housed on her ~~debut~~ only album, Franchise Celebrity in 2010. Until her stint away from the music, she was the industry’s new school next-big-thing and duchess of hip-hop. She really needs to bring this Mo’ back. We miss her!
